218-unit apartment complex opens in Downingtown
DOWNINGTOWN >> A 218-unit luxury apartment complex has opened in Downingtown.
Called Woodbine, it is located at 101 Woodbine Road, across from Bishop Shanahan High School. It has 29 different floor plans offering a range of studio apartments with 581 square feet of living space for $1,470 per month, to three-bedroom apartments with 1,428 square feet of living space for $2,960 per month.
“It’s in a great location, said Alexandra Warner, property manager for Woodbine, a Cornerstone Tracy and E. Kahn Development, managed by The Bozzuto Group. “It’s just minutes from the heart of Downingtown and all of the units have modern features.”
The first round of move-ins has already taken place.
