The change took effect July 13 and includes local offices in Philadelphia and central Pennsylvania.

The company-owned Coldwell Banker offices in the Philadelphia and central Pennsylvania regions have combined to become Coldwell Banker Realty in Philadelphia & Central Pennsylvania.

The change took effect on July 13, and brings together Coldwell Banker Preferred and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Central Pennsylvania. It includes 20 local real estate offices in the two regions, as well as 1,350 affiliated agents.

Among the Coldwell Banker offices impacted by the combination are locations in Blue Bell and Conshohocken in Montgomery

County; Exton in Chester County; Media and Wayne in Delaware County; and Wyomissing in Berks County.

The combination of Coldwell Banker Preferred and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Central Pennsylvania coincides with a rebranding of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC logo, referred to as the Coldwell Banker North Star. It also aligns Coldwell Banker Realty with 700 company-owned Coldwell Banker offices across the nation.

“This rebranding is the perfect opportunity to combine and identify Coldwell Banker offices in the two regions as one significant presence across the real estate markets in the Greater Philadelphia region and central Pennsylvania,” David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Philadelphia & Central Pennsylvania, said in a statement.

The alignment is expected to enable Coldwell Banker Realty in Philadelphia & Central Pennsylvania to “better harness talent, eliminate operational inefficiencies, and efficiently integrate marketing, products and services,” according to a press release.

Krieger has been president in the Delaware Valley region, including two south Jersey offices and an office in Wilmington, Del. since 2015 and became president of the central Pennsylvania region in 2017. In an emailed response to questions, Krieger said the combination of the two regions does not change anything for the offices, staff operations are handled.

“The affiliated agents in central Pennsylvania and the Greater Philadelphia region will continue to have access to the same tools and resources that all metros use to assist clients,” Krieger added in an emailed response to questions. “Coldwell Banker agents have been guiding sellers and buyers through the home selling and buying processes since 1906 and are equipped with local expertise, exclusive tools and stateof-the-art marketing materials to benefit customers in their homeownership goals.”
