Teen arrested in double stabbing
OXFORD » A 17-year-old male juvenile was arrested in connection with the stabbing of two teens in Oxford over the weekend.
The juvenile was charged with attempted first-degree murder and 12 additional charges. Authorities plan to charge him as an adult.
Police said that on Saturday at 3:29 p.m., Oxford police officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Market Street and found two juvenile victims, each stabbed in the abdomen. Both were transported to a hospital for immediate surgery. Police are not releasing any other details as the investigation continues.
The juvenile was transported to Chester County Prison, where he remains, pending arraignment on the attempted murder charges.

Township Police, Pennsylvania State Police, Chester County Detectives, and the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. Anyone with further information on the stabbing is asked to call Oxford police at 610-268-3171.

Strangulation On Saturday at 6 p.m., Oxford police officers arrested
John R. Logan, 35, of Oxford and charged him with a domestic assault that occurred along the 100 block North Third Street at 4:35 p.m. Police observed injuries to the female victim, who reported she was choked, headbutted, and spat upon in the face. Logan was transported to Chester Chester Prison for arraignment.

Cocaine charges In September 2019, the West Chester Police Criminal Investigation Division opened an investigation into the sale of cocaine by
Hector Hernandez-Celso, 61, from West Chester. As a result of this investigation, a warrant was issued for Hernandez-Celso for Delivery of Controlled Substances. Hernandez-Celso turned himself in and a preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 9.
Terroristic threats
On Oct. 23, 2021 at 7:15 a.m., officers responded to a report of a a harassment with terroristic threats. As a result of this incident and investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Maxwell Pugh, 20, of
West Chester. On Oct.26, 2021 Pugh turned himself in. Pugh was arrested and arraigned. A preliminary hearing is pending.

Employee hit by car The Caln Township Police Department is attempting to identify the suspect of theft at Rocky’s Tobacco and Vape 1852 Lincoln Hwy. The individual struck the store employee with his car while fleeing the scene. He was operating a smaller silver four-door hatch back, unknown registration.
