The Dietrich Law Firm of Whitpain Township, Montgomery County will join the firm of Saxton & Stump, effective Jan. 1, 2024.

The move is part of the Lancaster-based Saxton & Stump’s continued strategic plan to add “depth and breadth with highly talented attorneys and paralegals to further expand key practice groups,” according to a press release.

With the transition, all three of Dietrich Law’s attorneys will join the firm, and will continue providing services to senior care, healthcare, and commercial litigation clients.

Brian Scott Dietrich will join as an equity shareholder, and Taylor Nicholas and Michael Wenke will join the firm as senior counsel attorneys. All three will be members of the firm’s Senior Care, Healthcare Litigation, and Commercial Litigation groups, as will the three paralegals that will be coming from Dietrich Law Firm. “We are excited to welcome the team from Dietrich Law as a tremendous cultural fit for both firms and clients,” James W.
