Hampton Roads Transit: On Thursday, bus and light rail service will operate on regular schedule. Ferry service will operate until 2 a.m. Customer Service Call Center and transit center info booths will operate on regular schedule. On Friday, buses and light rail will operate on a Sunday schedule. The ferry will operate on regular schedule. The Customer Service Call Center, transit center info booths and public access to administrative facilities will be closed.
Post offices will be closed Friday with no regular mail delivery.
LIBRARIES
Chesapeake and Hampton: Closed Thursday and Friday.
Newport News and Norfolk: Closed Friday.
Suffolk: Morgan Memorial, North Suffolk and Chuckatuck will be closed Friday through Sunday. Morgan Memorial and North Suffolk libraries will reopen at 10 a.m. on Monday for Self-Service Technology use only as well as contactless Curbside Service. Portsmouth: Curbside library service will be closed Friday.

Suffolk: The East Suffolk Recreation Center and Whaleyville Recreation Center will be closed Friday.
