On Friday, buses and light rail will operate on a Sunday schedule. The ferry will operate on regular schedule. LIBRARIES

Chesapeake and Hampton: Closed today and Friday.

Newport News and Norfolk: Closed Friday.

Suffolk: Morgan Memorial, North Suffolk, Chuckatuck) will be closed Friday through Sunday. Morgan Memorial and North Suffolk libraries will reopen at 10 a.m. on Monday for Self-Service Technology use only as well as contactless Curbside Service.

Portsmouth: Curbside library service will be closed Friday.

Virginia Beach: Closing at 5 p.m. today and closed Friday.

RECREATION

Chesapeake: Closed today and Friday. Norfolk: Closed Friday.

Suffolk: The East Suffolk and Whaleyville recreation centers will be closed Friday. Hampton, Newport News and Portsmouth: Closed due to COVID-19. Virginia Beach: Closing at 5 p.m. today and 5:30 p.m. Friday.

DMV: Customer Service centers will be closed Friday. ABC: On Friday, stores will open at noon and will close at 6 p.m.
