Sunday night’s “90 Day Fiancé” episode tugged at viewers’ heartstrings as Virginia Beach local Tarik Myers introduced his daughter to his leading lady.

The pair spent some time unpacking before Myers went to get his daughter, Ari.

Myers’ fiance, Hazel Cagalitan, met his daughter previously via video chat, but the real test was seeing how they’d take to each other in person.

“I’m nervous as hell,” he said. “If the relationship between Hazel and Ari isn’t great, there will be no relationship between me and Hazel.”

Cagalitan was also nervous and worried about being a good stepmom, as well as privacy since Ari will sleep in the same room as them. Her worries seemed to subside when Ari arrived. Standing on the stairs giddy with excitement, Cagalitan couldn’t wait to meet her.

“Oh my God,” she said, looking at her before kneeling in front of the 8-year-old and asking, “What’s my name?”

“Hazel,” Ari responded. Cagalitan smiled, laughed, picked her up and kissed her.

Eventually, the little girl hugged her back, resting her chin on her shoulder.

“I’m overwhelmed that Ari and Hazel are just, like, embracing each other,” Myers said to the cameras. “It’s like they know each other already.”

Cagalitan, overjoyed by how well Ari took to her, said she was cute and sweet.

Still, there was something lingering in the back of her mind.

“It makes me miss my son very much,” Cagalitan told the cameras. “I’m happy, but I hope we can bring my son here.”

Later, during a gathering with some of Myers’ friends, Cagalitan had to stop herself from crying as she thought about her son, Harry.

“In the Philippines, I see my son once in a week,” Cagalitan said to the cameras. “He lives with his father and stepmom.”

Myers said they’re trying to bring him to the United States within a year or so, but they wanted to give themselves time to settle into their relationship and make sure it works out.

On a lighter note, viewers got to see Cagalitan learn a bit more about American food such as cornbread and barbecue, and interact with Myers’ friends.

“I want them to like me,” Cagalitan said about meeting everyone.

One of them bought Cagalitan a blue scarf, one of her favorite colors, which seemed to make her day.

“It made me so happy that Angela gave me a gift,” Cagalitan said to the cameras. “It’s my first time to receive a gift from a friend. In the Philippines, my friends never has enough money to do that.”

Another friend, Susan, filled her in on what Myers used to be like back in the day.

“We lived in the same apartment building,” his friend said. “We partied every day of the week.”

She also dropped a few hints at what Myers used to be like regarding the ladies.

“Tarik used to live upstairs from me, and his bedroom was overtop of my bedroom,” Susan told cameras. “I never thought he would get married.”

Myers’ relationship with other ladies may still be an issue because he hasn’t told Cagalitan about his conversation with the pair’s ex-girlfriend, Minty.

Cagalitan made him stop talking to her after the trio met because she felt Minty was more into Myers.

“I have to be up front and honest with her about me texting our ex, Minty, but I’m worried that if I tell her while she’s still getting used to being away from her son, it might be too much for her,” Myers said.

Viewers who signed up for discovery+ also got to see extra footage on a spinoff called “90 Day Bares All.”

New episodes are added every Sunday at 10 p.m., and the show feels like a mini tell-all. Host Shaun Robinson interviews cast members, and viewers can watch never-before-seen clips.

So far, Myers has been on two episodes, performing one of his rap songs and addressing the falling out with his brother, Dean Hashim, his co-star on TLC’s spinoff “Pillow Talk.”

Myers and his brother watched other cast members on the show, cracking jokes and offering commentary.

According to Myers, an executive producer from the show said he quit. Myers also said Hashim blocked him and Cagalitan on social media.

“Your brother said he quit because you were cutting him off,” Myers recalled the producer saying. “Not letting him finish his jokes, and you were always talking over him.”

Hashim made an appearance on “90 Day Bares All” Sunday night to tell his side of the story.

It’s the first time the pair spoke in about 20 months, and according to Hashim, the brothers got into a 20-minute argument.

In an exclusive clip, the pair disagreed on whether Robert should drop more money on his lady.

Hashim said Robert was wrong for taking her to a thrift store to shop, while Myers said he’d already spent thousands to get her to the United States.

He also said Myers began acting boisterous as “Pillow Talk” continued, and even friends and family noticed.

“I blocked you because I know that when we do talk it’s just going to be a back and forth,” Hashim said to Myers.

But the biggest shock came when Myers found out about the baby Hashim is about to have. It didn’t sit well with him to find out about the baby on the show, Myers said.

But alas, things look like they could be on the mend.

When asked, Hashim said he will unblock his brother on social media, and the show’s host said they’d like to have them both back on at some point to fix things.

“If he follows through with what he told you he’s going to do, I think Hazel will be happy, for sure,” Myers said to the host. “I’m really going to make the effort because my father told me to look out for my younger brothers.”

“90 Day Fiance” airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET.
