FIRST RACE

Kick things off with a pretty nice and competitive allowance race on turf. BIRD HUMOR had 3 race win streak snapped by loose on the lead Metaphorically but continued to hold his form extremely well and seems to handle any turf course well.

SECOND RACE

CHEPSTOW getting a mulligan for his last after chasing well meant winner from the outset off a 10 week layoff. Should be able to get the early jump on chief rival and long time nemesis. If perfect in 3 starts on this track. CHISELED, taken to hold on at his best. PAPA PIG owns a win over the course and would prove major beneficiary if leaders falter at the end.

THIRD RACE

MISTY BALLERINA comes off a career best effort last time and should trip out nicely stalking likely pace of Wildcat Wave. Ready to get back on winning track. SOUTHERN N’ SASSY outfinished preferred choice in previous meeting but parked out from a wide post in rematch. WILDCAT WAVE looks like the quickest of these. Has changed hands since winning same condition nearly two months earlier at GP and by all rights should not be permitted to run showing no published works on resume’ at time of entry.

FOURTH RACE

TRUGE a hanging sort but looks like the best closer in a field loaded with pace and does own a win on this strip. PRINCESS VICTORIA back for a tag, owns class edge with these. WORKING CAROL K could not get past stubborn Three Illusions in their previous encounter but may get a little more early help with that one in rematch.

FIFTH RACE

SURPRISING TWIST comes off career best effort when tagged for the first time across town and might just be improving enough to handle jump to this division entering race off a couple of big looking works including sub 1:00 5/8’s on 10/7. PAINTED ON JEANS showed big improvement at second asking, eligible for another forward move at perhaps a price.Should relish the turf being out of a mare who won 4 times on sod. ROSES IN THE SOUTH another making grass bow but with a little breeding for the going and perhaps speed of the speed if he leaves running from rail.

SIXTH RACE

STELLAMATTUTINA beat this same kind by 6 widening lengths three weeks earlier, need only repeat effort to take another. SAMMIE SUNSHINE and LIL B QUICK impressive maiden winners and the former, like preferred choice, already with a win at this distance.

SEVENTH RACE

FORALL THE MARBLES, the day’s best, seems to have lost a few steps this season but still a popular item at claim box and better yet likely to be able to clear off, relax on lead which always was his best game.
