BEST BET: RACE 11, ANIMAL TRICK

FIRST RACE

A SQUARE TO SPARE hard to fault in her present form, is perfect over the track and the only 4 time winner in this N3L lifetime field. Need only repeat last several to take another. LUNA LUNITA turns back to a sprint after showing speed in all recent two turns outings turf and dirt, might be best alternative for those looking to upset the favorite. KISS THE CROWN has been close on several occasions with this same kind but also a beaten favorite in each of her last three starts. Looking at another minor prize again.

SECOND RACE

WEST COAST MISS and the other new faces in this lineup certainly wouldn’t have to be much to win at first asking with this crew, homebred taken strictly on the power of her connections and the barn’s ability to have one ready off the bench. BAWARIGE has a limited work tab to recommend chances but this barn has a profitable ROI with debut maiden claimers in recent sample. FORTY KNOTS flashed speed in the a.m. at PM on 9/2 but must break from potentially tricky post for a beginner.

THIRD RACE

KNIGHT ERRANT drops to the bottom for the first time locally, figures forwardly placed throughout with this bunch. Looks ready for diploma in this weaker spot.. GOLANI comes off far and away his best yet, drops, improved sort logical for sure with a similar effort. NOBIZ WIND dueled after a tardy beginning, paid price late in local bow, might get brave at a square price, grab at least a share if able to avoid a similar early fate.

FOURTH RACE

The first thing that stands out about this race is the lack of speed in lineup. ALL HUNDREDS back to the main track following very dull showing off the claim. Beat open company like this in back to back starts during the summer while on pace throughout in the first of those two wins. Should use similar tactics today, might not look back if controlling this one from the start as expected. ABTAAL won his last in the slop and apparently rewarded by being gelded since the outing. Seems better on a wet track or turf but hard to ignore with this kind. TURNCOAT ran decently enough in the slop last time at one turn now stretches back out around two, expect a good effort although stretch runner compromised by lack of pace in here.

FIFTH RACE

TALE OF FANCY extremely well spotted in this one not having won on turf since May 19 as conditions state although he did win an off the grass, sloppy track event vs. similar here early in meet. Class of field should prove too good for these. SEMBLANCE OF ORDER has been holding own with much better, expect big improvement off last with much needed class relief today. IMPERIAL WARRIOR has been away since May but shows a nice main track work on 11/4 to recommend chances off bench. Best puts him right in thick of this at the end.

SIXTH RACE

PROSPECTIVE MOMENT no match for runaway winner in last but does not appear to be facing that kind today. Best would be too good in here. INSPIRE ME finished 2nd of 11 last out at Delaware Park and like the fact she draws Tyler G. for local bow. One to beat. LA NENA DE PAPA broke poorly from the rail, raced wide, showed some l late interest in much needed bow. Expect improvement if able to leave cleaner at second asking.
