FIRST RACE

KIERLAND pace dependent but missed a halflength despite traffic issues vs. same kind last out, taken to be along, finally earn elusive diploma in opener. LOOKIN FOREVER another who’ll need plenty of help up front considering his running style but perhaps ready for best yet making third start off extended vacation. BAKELITE may try to steal this one from inside post. Not badly beaten despite traffic woes of his own last time.

SECOND RACE

Tough bunch of open bottom level claimers to sort out with plenty of early gas in this 5 1/2 dash. STARSHIP APOLLO perfect at the distance and with the ability to rate off all the speed. Could not run down loose on the lead winner last time but figures to get plenty of help with that one in re-match. BE A HERO also 3 for 3 at 5 1/2 panels and perfect in last two at this level. Was re-claimed by current connections off game win on 2/10 but do note Tyler did shift allegiances to preferred choice today. PROMETE second best for this tag twice at the meet and another who figures part of early mix from outset.

THIRD RACE

JAI BLUE the only three time winner in this field and back at a distance he handled well on 2/7 when easily second best behind in form Caloric. Figures forwardly placed from outset. JUDITH’S SUNSET no match for preferred choice in their previous meeting but like the inside draw and switch to more experienced pilot for rematch. Could surprise at a square price. MR. G T won his first start at a mile and hard to ignore wheeling right back with same kind.

FOURTH RACE

Not crazy about outside draw at a mile but SANFILIPO has enough speed to cross over and race forwardly from outset if breaking clean and hustled along from the get go. Best here with the trip. LITTLE MATT a winner at the distance but also a beaten favorite in both previous starts vs. N3L’s. Jaramillo stays. One more chance. IL FARAONE goes turf to dirt, drops to bottom, worth a look in fairly wide open mix.

FIFTH RACE

SAMURAI’SFIRSTLADY ran big effort in defeat after poor start when trying winner’s for the first time last month. Irad stays. Need only get away clean to make amends. SAFARI KITTEN comes off best yet and a lightly raced sort eligible to move forward once again. Dangerous if able to shake loose on the lead. SISTER DRAMA encountered early traffic in last. Re-unites with Zayas, looking for improved showing here.

ELEVENSES a super impressive winner adding blinkers/Lasix just three weeks earlier, need only
