Total earnings will be used in determining the order of preference of horses assigned equal weights. Failure to draw into the race will result in a refund of the entry fee. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner. The final purse shall be reduced by the cost of any Out of Competition testing required by the Minnesota Racing Commission as a condition of competing in this race.
