BEST BET: RACE 1, MOONRISE KINGDOM FIRST RACE

MOONRISE KINGDOM gets the nod in the opener in part because of the two-turn experience edge she has on some of her chief rivals. She also was favored against similar last out. MY BABYS GONE split a large field last out in her debut and now makes the move to two turns. She gets pedigree support for the added ground from sire Congaree. MINE REDEMPTION is another going sprint-toroute with good pedigree support.

SECOND RACE

MARTZ’S MAE should be sharp for the move to two turns off the seven-eighths start. She also gets good pedigree support for the added ground as a daughter of a classic winner in Lookin At Lucky. WILD ESCAPE was right there against similar last out and is a logical choice back. E TICKET RIDE is appealing for her consistent nature.

THIRD RACE

COLLECTION is appealing for his natural speed and the fact that he finished in front of some of these last out. He also owns the field’s best lastrace Beyer Figure and might get an ideal tracking trip in this spot. YOU SHOULD TALK is a consistent sort with experience at the six and a half furlong trip. COWBOY CACTUS JACK owns a collection of competitive Beyer Figures.

FOURTH RACE

DARPA makes a couple of notable moves. She’s back in the straight claiming ranks and also back sprinting and her last win came for a tag and at one turn. STAYTHIRSTYMYAMIGO was a winner over steeper two back at Remington. ROYAL SOPRANO hooked a win machine last out and note that runner goes later on the card Monday.

FIFTH RACE

DIAMONDS N SPURS has been knocking on the door of late and last out was a close fourth against higher-priced rivals. As for the move to two turns, she gets pedigree support for the added ground from the top side of her pedigree. UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLY must overcome the wide post, but like that she was an odds-on favorite at this level last out at Remington. For this trip, she adds blinkers. GOSPEL MARGIE can be a little closer to the pace than she was last time, depending on race tempo.

SIXTH RACE

JUST ASK JOEL moves back to two turns off the seven-eighths start and his last win came at this mile trip. DAVIDIC LINE was fourth against steeper last out and for the effort earned what ranks as this field’s best last-race Beyer Figure. This one is a two-turn specialist. ABSAROKA has moved forward with each of his starts at the meet and could be sitting on a peak effort in this, his third start since the Remington meet of 2019.

SEVENTH RACE

SHIFTY HENRY was right there at this distance last out and for the effort earned what ranks as this field’s best last-race Beyer Figure. He draws well here, to the outside of one of his primary pace rivals. INSURRECTION ran a fine race off the bench last out and has a license to move forward in his second start since August. HE’S A RANGER seems like one who will make good use of the bit of added real estate he picks up on the move to six and a half panels.

EIGHTH RACE

DULCE RIDE has been the picture of consistency for some time now. She moves back to the main track here and she put up one of her better recent Beyer Figures over the local strip in September. FORTY NINE MODEL has been in the zone. She’s

looking for her fourth straight win and could be flattered by the time this race rolls around, as one of the runners she defeated in recent times was to start earlier on the card. FORTY NINE MODEL will be moving back to dirt after racing exclusively on turf all summer, but she is a multiple winner on dirt. The one to beat. LAY M OUT is appealing from a class standpoint as one who has seen steeper. She also is making the third start of her form cycle. Another of interest is NAUTICAL GEM.

NINTH RACE

OH WHAT LUCK puts a perfect 3-for-3 record on the line and if he runs back to the Beyer Figure of 95 he put up last time he might be tough to contain. The start was his first in more than a year, too. The outside draw here might also serve his cause. Interesting prospect. SEDARIS is a consistent sort who has been effective on both dirt and turf. He’s registered two of his three career wins over the local main track. EUROMANTIC leaves the statebred ranks behind, but he’s fared well against open foes in the past. He’s also hooked the top Oklahoma-bred in training in Welder. Another of interest is new face HANSENS MISCHIEF.

TENTH RACE

TELL ME BOO BOO has been facing steeper of late. FATEFULLY YOURS appears to be working her way into the winner’s circle. DEDE’S TRICK showed speed in her last start.
