BEST BET: RACE 3, CAJUN MANDATE

FIRST RACE

HONEYMOON SUITE showed big speed debuting on turf, switches to main at second asking, should not look back with one under his belt. BOSSY HOLIDAY and DEAN DELIVERS may prove best of the new faces, the former having shown some promise in the a.m. over local strip, the latter out of a mare who has thrown a couple of juvenile winners already including multiple G3 placed Zimba Warrior.

SECOND RACE

TIL THE END gets top billing if this one stays on turf having beaten and held own in rematch with the likes of the former SW Kroy. Main caveat the fact he’s never won at this distance. HARBOUR MASTER better in the am. than p.m. of late but exiting solid second with in form Positive Phil last time and perhaps the controlling speed if sent along early in relatively pace less lineup. BRAY well spotted for this tag. Missed a head following wide running late surge at a mile, stretches out to even more effective distance today.

THIRD RACE

CAJUN MANDATE took some early money debuting at MSW level and caught pretty good bunch with two of his seven rivals already having returned to graduate. Comes up tagged, well drawn outside, looks ready to earn diploma of his own with this group. GOLD SPECIAL another who plunges to easier spot after disappointing launching career with MSW foes. Worked too well in the a.m. not to give one more look. BEASTFROMTHEEAST may prove best of the new faces off decent gate run here on 6/12.

FOURTH RACE

BIG THORN could wind up in a nice spot if this one taken off the turf due to course conditions. Training lights out for his return. SIGILOSO suffered heartbreaking loss last time after breaking slow, racing wide, getting caught in final jump by Fulmini. Worked super sharp for this. KING OF DREAMS the one to catch again turning back to a mile. May not look back again.

FIFTH RACE

DEM A WONDER gets ample class relief making second start for thjs barn, even close to best looks too good for these. RACE DAY SPEED finally gets a chance to run on Lasix off the claim for barn who excels with new faces. Strictly one to fear. MIZ CHAPLIN worked well for this, one to catch again.

SIXTH RACE

NO COMMISSION and COMPETITIVE HERO both the class of the field and the speed as well if leaving running dropping down with bottom level rivals for the first time in their careers. FOSTER HOPE ran well despite some early trouble last time and another plunging to the category for the first time. Would prove beneficiary if top pair hook early.

SEVENTH RACE

DREAM OF WARRIOR continues to hold form well from a Beyer level, dropped to winning spot with a clean run. PERSONAL MEADOW exits career best and should appreciate turn back to this distance although likely to catch an early challenge from

Nketiah stretching out after showing speed in turf sprint. SUPER Q tossed in at the price strictly off surprisingly strong five furlong work on 6/10.

EIGHTH RACE

KARTANO held own with likes of King of Dreams in the English Channel now drops to softer allowance spot. Hard to look past at the short price, should be along with any kind of a trip if this one stays on the lawn as scheduled. TELLINGTON continues to improve, hung a bit last time while showing another forward move off the claim for top barn. FUEGO CALIENTE did not get the best of trips as the tepid favorite in latest. All previous tries point him out a major player with cleaner sailing today.

NINTH RACE

BOLDNESS broke a bit slow, showed some speed, steadied while tiring latter stages of much needed debut. Drops a notch, may lead these a merry chase if able to clear off early as expected. KATHERN’S JOY and SANDY DUDE both come back off near misses against slightly softer. A repeat effort by either good enough to get job done even on the hike.

TENTH RACE

DECKOLOGY turned in promising two turn bow while making just second try on grass and may have found a home on grass. Not badly beaten by even money Fig Jelly in last, could try to steal this one on front end on the stretch. MR TITO’S continues to hold his form extremely well after besting 3-2 Kicks on Sixty Six while equipped with blinkers for first time earlier this month. Hard to ignore. KRAMDEN back to best form when second of nine for same tag last month. Gets seventh new rider in the last seven starts, expect to see this one on or with pace from outset.

ELEVENTH RACE

BRETT’S WORLD dueled through some sizzling early splits, paid the price in latest, wheels back on short rest with softer. Could be long gone on front end with these. UNION GAP the only three time winner in the lineup but unlike preferred choice is a bit of a question at this distance. SUPER EDGAR a non-winning sort but did run well enough at a mile two back to toss in mix for a minor share from the rail.

TWELFTH RACE

KICK IN THE GAS dons blinkers, drops to bottom, hard to ignore at short price to close out the card having finished behind pair of next out grads in debut. LORD DARNLEY never better and back with bullet drill on the lawn since solid showing with this same kind several weeks ago. WOLFHAND a question mark trying turf for first time and showing up for this tag after launching career with a credible MSW showing on dirt last year at Keeneland. Turfy mover has not missed many beats in the a.m. over the past couple of months prepping for return.
