“Emergency Call” (9 p.m.,

ABC): Actor Luke Wilson is both producer and host of this new unscripted series, which reveals how crucial the first minutes of any emergency can be. Told largely from the perspective of 911 call takers, the series focuses on the dramaticmoments leading up to the arrival of help rather than the events after the firefighters, police or emergency medical service teams arrive. Until help arrives, the person at the other end of the phone line must calm and comfort the victim until they are safe.

“L.A.’s Finest” (7 p.m., FOX): Syd and McKenna (Gabrielle Union, Jessica Alba) move swiftly to find and apprehend a killer before he strikes again after a young woman’s murder is livestreamed on socialmedia in the new episode “Defiance.” Meanwhile, Syd’s search for Gabriel Knox intersects with her partner’s past. John Salley, Barry Sloane and David Fumero guest star; Zach Gilford also stars.

“Street Outlaws” (7 p.m., 11 p.m., Discovery): In the new episode “Grudge Night Ohio,” the 405 carry their heads high after finding success with their grudge strategy and decide to stay that course in Norwalk, Ohio. Meanwhile, the members of Team NOLA lick their wounds after their loss in Colorado, and Team Outcast proves they’re still a force to be reckoned with.

“Filthy Rich” (8 p.m., FOX): Facing the reality that she has little choice but to accept Eugene’s illegitimate children, Margaret (Kim Cattrall) immediately shifts strategies, seeking a way to turn this unwelcome surprise revelation into amonetary advantage for herself and Sunny Club in the new episode “John 3:3.”

“Love It or List It” (8 p.m., 11 p.m., HGTV): A new episode called “Design in the Dog House” finds co-hosts Hilary Farr and David Visentin working with a couple who disagree over the merits and drawbacks of their 1980s ranch home. One mate absolutely loves their neighborhood, but the other really would prefer to ditch their cramped quarters. If she’s going to persuade them to stay, Hilary must find space to create an entertaining area and a dedicated office, all while keeping their dogs in mind.

“Dr. 90210” (9 p.m., 10:30 p.m., 12:30 a.m., E!): The professional world of plastic surgery is largely amale-dominated field, but this new unscripted series introduces viewers to four female cosmetic surgeons who are making a name for themselves in one of America’s most exclusive zip codes. The show’s cameras follow Drs.
