Frankfort

DUI ARREST: Daniel Edison, 45, of the 300 block of Iowa Court, Edison, was arrested and accused of drunken driving and improper lane usage Feb. 14 at Laraway and 80th Avenue, police said.

DUI ARREST: Jovan Howard, 30, of the 500 block of Andover Street, Chicago Heights, was arrested and accused of drunken driving Feb. 21 in the 22300 block of LaGrange Road, police said.

BURGLARY REPORT: A resident of the 300 block of North Maple told police two unknown men broke a rear sliding glass door of their home and then entered it on Feb. 23. The victim fled and called the police. The men were gone by the time police arrived. The victim was able to supply a detailed descriptio­n of only one of the men. He was described as white, approximat­ely 6 feet tall and 250 lbs. He was wearing jeans, a black and beige flannel shirt and a black and gray mask with a “scary grin and teeth” according to a police report. The second man was only described as white and smaller than the first man.

Homer Glen

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Rachel Arias, 25, of Chicago, was arrested and accused of aggravated speeding and driving on a suspended license Feb. 20 at 159th and Parker Road, police said.

New Lenox

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Muna Atig, 34, of Chicago, was arrested and accused of driving on a suspended license Feb. 21 at U.S. 30 and Nelson Road, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Sable McKinney, 28, of Naperville, was arrested and accused of driving on a suspended license Feb. 25 at Haven Avenue and Prairie Crossing Drive, police said.

REVOKED LICENSE: David Brown, 47, of Matteson, was arrested and accused of driving on a revoked license at U.S. 30 and Williams Road Feb. 25, police said.

Oak Forest

HIT AND RUN: Artimese Johnson, 20, of Lansing, was arrested and accused of leaving the scene of an accident and driving too fast for conditions after crashing into a motorcycli­st and fleeing the accident site Feb. 27 at 167th Street and Laramie, police said. The motorcycli­st was treated at South Suburban Hospital for minor injuries.

Palos Heights

DRUG ARREST: Kalvin Ware, 48, of Chicago, was arrested and accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, aggravated speeding, no insurance and no valid license Feb. 25 in the 6300 block of U.S. 83, police said.

Palos Hills

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Michael Rusnak, 27, of Hickory Hills, was arrested and accused of driving on a suspended license after a Feb. 22 stop in the 11100 block of Westwood Drive, police said.

PHONE SCAM: A resident of the 10000 block of South block of South Hill Terrace told police they were tricked into paying $100 into an account by someone posing as a customer service representa­tive for a company called “Quickpay” on Feb. 22.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Nour Darwiche, 18, of Palos Hills, was arrested and accused of driving on a suspended license and ticketed for other traffic offenses Feb. 23 in the 8200 block of Juniper Court, police said.

DRUG ARREST: Alan Huemmer, 24, of Windsor, Wisconsin, was arrested and accused of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and driving on a revoked license in the 8000 block of West 103rd Street Feb. 24, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Ryan Pillow, 27, of Chicago, was arrested and accused of driving on a suspended license and was ticketed for other traffic offenses Feb. 25 in the 7800 block of 103rd Street, police said.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: Police said someone fired a BB gun into their fence in the 8900 block of 98th Place Feb. 27.

Tinley Park

DUI ARREST: Lewis Reed, 43, address unknown, was arrested and accused of drunken driving, disobeying a traffic light and no insurance Feb. 13 in the 19100 block of Harlem Avenue, police said.

CRASH ARREST: Adrian Vergara, 19, address unknown, was arrested and accused of driving on a suspended license, no insurance and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after a Feb. 14 crash in the 6700 block of 159th Street, police said.

DUI ARREST: Timothy Keucher, 45, address unknown, was arrested and accused of drunken driving and improper lane usage Feb. 17 in the 5600 block of 167th Street, police said.

DUI ARREST: Brandon Groves, 35, address unknown, was arrested and accused of drunken driving, improper lane usage and no insurance after a Feb. 11 stop in the 9200 block of 175th Street, police said.

DUI ARREST: Samuel Doherty, 27, address unknown, was arrested and accused of drunken driving Feb. 19 in the 7100 block of 159th Street, police said.

Will County

REVOKED LICENSE: Walzona Hall, 40, of the 9800 block of Folkers Road, Frankfort, was arrested and accused of driving on a revoked license Feb. 21 in the 28000 block of South 80th Avenue in Peotone, police said.

HIJACKER ARRESTED: Police said they arrested and accused a 17-year-old Monee teen with aggravated vehicular hijacking, aggravated battery and battery after he hit another driver in the head with a gun and then “stuck the firearm into the body of the driver” during a Feb. 21 incident in the 25000 block of Cottage Grove Avenue in Crete, according to a police report. The teenager was taken to River Valley Juvenile Detention Center.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Erika Tennison, 34, of Crown Point, Indiana, was arrested and accused of driving on a suspended license in the 100 block of Chicago Road in Monee Township Feb. 22, police said.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS: Ryan Gardner, 48, of Oakwood, was arrested and accused of criminal trespass to property after he was discovered on the grounds of Lincoln-Way Central, 1801 E. U.S. 30, in New Lenox on Feb. 18. Police said Gardner had been previously banned from the property.

Oak Lawn

THEFT: A tip jar containing cash was reported stolen from the slot machine room Feb. 19 at Cardinal Liquor Barn, 9630 Southwest Highway.

DUI: Eduardo Flores-Alvarez, 26, undisclose­d block of Leclaire Avenue, Burbank, was arrested and accused of drunken driving with a blood-alcohol concentrat­ion above the legal limit, driving without insurance and illegally transporti­ng alcohol during a Feb. 20 stop in the 8700 block of Ridgeland Avenue for disobeying a traffic sign and failing to signal, police said.

NARCOTICS: Malik D. Gipson, 20, Chicago, was arrested and accused of illegally possessing a controlled substance, obstructin­g a peace officer, illegally possessing cannabis and criminally damaging property Feb. 20 near 103rd Street and Pulaski Road when he was found to have 251 grams of a prescripti­on antihistam­ine and an undisclose­d amount of marijuana after running from officers and damaging a residentia­l fence, police said. In a related action, Deron R. Jones-Grigler, 25, Chicago, was arrested and accused of driving without insurance, hit-and-run and failing to yield in connection with a two-vehicle crash at 92nd Street and Cicero Avenue, police said.

ASSAULT: Jason P. Keeley, 19, undisclose­d block of Thomas Lane, Oak Forest, was arrested and accused of assault Feb. 20 in the Metro PCS parking lot, 10300 Cicero Ave., after threatenin­g to hit another customer, police said.

VANDALISM: A large window was reported shattered, possibly by part of a metal socket wrench, Feb. 21 in the 9600 block of Pulaski Road.

VANDALISM: Five BBs were reported shot into the side of a car Feb. 23 in the 9300 block of Massasoit Avenue.

Country Club Hills

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Darell D. Wynn, 50, Joliet, was arrested and accused of driving on a suspended license during a Feb. 23 stop at 167th Street and Interstate 57 for driving without lights when required, police said.

NO LICENSE: Vernard Crowder, 33, Chicago, was arrested and accused of driving without a license and aggravated speeding Feb. 26 at 187th Street and Pulaski Road where he was stopped for driving 92 mph in a 45 mph zone, police said.

Homewood

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Derek Bullock, 40, 20000 block of Oregon Trail, Olympia Fields, was arrested and accused of driving on a suspended license Feb. 18 at 183rd Street and Governors Highway, police said.

SUSPENDED LICENSE: Thomas Lake, 45, Lansing, was arrested and accused of driving on a suspended license and driving too fast for conditions during a Feb. 19 crash investigat­ion in the 18100 block of Sacramento Avenue, police said.

NARCOTICS: Kenyatta White, 23, Chicago, was arrested and accused of illegally possessing a controlled substance during a Feb. 21 traffic stop at Dixie Highway and Olive Road for speeding after he was found to have 21 suspected Ecstasy pills and 25 suspected opioid pills, police said. White was also accused of driving without a valid license and driving without insurance, police said.

Chicago Ridge

CRIMINAL DAMAGE: Jesse Gibson, 34, of Chicago, was arrested and accused of criminal damage to property after denting someone else’s car with his fists and denting the exterior following a verbal argument Feb. 27 in the 5700 block of West 111th Street, police said.
