Cardinals stay unbeaten

Kyler Murray passed for 268 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 39 more yards in a virtuoso performanc­e, and the Cardinals extended their longest unbeaten start since 2012 with a 37-20 victory over the Rams on Sunday in Inglewood, California.

A.J. Green caught a 41-yard TD pass, Chase Edmonds ran for 120 yards and James Conner rushed for two short scores for the Cardinals (4-0).

It was the first loss for the Rams.

Kliff Kingsbury’s Cards did it with style, lighting up the Rams defense for 465 total yards and scoring TDs after two early takeaways to affirm their arrival as a contender in the NFC West and beyond despite playing three of their first four games on the road.

Jets 27, Titans 24: Matt Ammendola kicked a 22-yard FG in OT, and then Randy Bullock missed a potential tying 49-yarder to give the host Jets their first win. Rookie QB Zach Wilson threw for 297 yards with a pair of TDs and an INT.

Giants 27, Saints 21: Saquon Barkley ran for a 6-yard TD in OT after Daniel Jones passed for a career-high 402 yards, and the Giants rallied for their first win.

Chiefs 42, Eagles 30: Patrick Mahomes threw five TD passes, including three to Tyreek Hill, to lead the Chiefs to the victory. Andy Reid returned to Philadelph­ia and became the first coach in NFL history to win 100 games with two teams.

Cowboys 36, Panthers 28: Dak Prescott threw four TD passes and Ezekiel Elliott had 143 yards and a score on 20 carries as the Cowboys rolled up 245 rushing yards.

WFT 34, Falcons 30: Taylor Heinicke threw a 30-yard TD pass to J.D. McKissic with 33 seconds left.

Browns 14, Vikings 7: Myles Garrett and the Browns defense dominated, Nick Chubb had 21 carries for 100 yards, Kareem Hunt ran 14 times for 69 yards and a TD and Chase McLaughlin made two critical FGs.

Bills 40, Texans 0: Josh Allen threw for 248 yards and two scores and the Bills defense had four INTs to secure the their second shutout.

Colts 27, Dolphins 17: Carson Wentz threw a pair of TD passes to Mo Alie-Cox, Jonathan Taylor rushed for 103 yards and a score and the Colts earned their first win.

Packers 27, Steelers 17: Aaron Rodgers connected with Randall Cobb for two TDs and ran for another score. Rodgers’ second TD pass was the 420th of his career, tying Hall of Famer Dan Marino for sixth all-time.

Ravens 23, Broncos 7: Lamar Jackson threw for 316 yards, including a 49-yard TD pass

to a diving Marquis Brown, and the Ravens used a relentless defense to hand the Broncos their first loss.

Seahawks 28, 49ers 21: Russell Wilson overcame a shaky start to throw for two TDs and run for a third to help the Seahawks even their record. 49ers lost starting QB Jimmy Garoppolo to a calf injury at halftime.
