What an awful, awful example Lightfoot is for her daughter. What a potty mouth for a mother.

President Joe Biden is considering eliminating the federal gas tax. That amounts to 18 cents per gallon. Filling up with $10 will save me $1.80. With that I can take my family on a vacation to the islands. Yeah, Joe, this will take me as far as Blue Island!

Regarding the Tinley Park Village Board approving a

subdivision with anywhere between 200 and 300 hundred new homes, and I just wonder where they’re going to buy their groceries because the Amazon store in Tinley Park never did open. The Jewel, every time I go there products aren’t available, the shelves are empty, the deli is decimated. How are we going to feed them? We’ll all be in a big food desert. So they should do something with thinking before they do this. Bring some more stores to town or something.

In essence, the new Chicago Police Department foot chase policy tells criminals they will not be pursued.

It over 40 years of I’m umpiring high school men’s softball, girls softball, etc., I thought I’d seen it all. But no. Coaching third base for my granddaughter’s 14U championship series, the base umpire out of position in short left field called our runner safe at third base. He then proceeded to run into the home plate umpire to see if he wants to appeal the call. No one else called for an appeal except this umpire himself, appealing his own call. By the way, he blew the call. Our runner was never on the base.

I’ve got to hand it to the Donald. He conned his followers into donating $250 million so that he

could pursue the big lie. It wasn’t a lie after all. Just think about all the crooked politicians in Chicago over the years that embezzled, cheated on their taxes, took

bribes and outright stole money from legitimate charities that combined didn’t come within 10% of Trump’s embellishment. The guy can con that

many people into donating money knowing all he’s doing is replenishing his 401(k) account.
