Phyllis J. Keeley McNeal,

Phyllis J. Keeley McNeal, 82, of Aston died July 26, 2016 at Crozer Chester Medical Center.

Born and raised in Chester, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Hannah Crabtree Keeley, and moved to her late residence 62 years ago.

Phyllis was a graduate of Chester High School, class of 1951 and was last employed by State Farm Insurance Co. as a Claims Clerk. She previously worked for Habbersett Bros. Phyllis was a former member of St. James Episcopal Church and Eastern Star. She loved fishing and old movies, but most important was her devotion to her family.

Phyllis was predeceased by her loving husband of 45 years, Howard E. McNeal, who died Dec. 7, 1997 and her brothers, Al Keeley and Danny Keeley.

Survivors: mother of Phyllis “Sally” Sadler (Dean) and Deborah Karpin (Michael); sister of Rhoda Balay; grandmother of Sally Ann Comisiak, Allen Sadler, Bill Karpin, Eric Karpin and Brittany Karpin; also survived by nine great grandchildren, her companion, Jack Frank and her special friend, Marlene Allard.

Visitation: 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday, July 31, 2016 and after 9:30 AM Monday, Aug. 1, 2016 at the WhiteLuttrell Funeral Home, 3551 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014.
