Jean Holgate

Jean Holgate, 87, formerly of Hummelstown, PA, died on Tuesday July 26, 2016.

She was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Helen and Stanley Torbinski. Jean lived in the Maris Grove Community in Glen Mills, PA for the last four years.She was the beloved wife of the late Wayne B. Holgate.

She is survived by her children: Frances Carr (Drew), William Holgate (partner David), and Lorraine North (Douglas) as well as five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Jean is also survived by her sister Frances Highfill (Kenneth).

A memorial service will be held for relatives and friends on August 9, 2016 at 11:00 am in the chapel at Maris Grove in Glen Mills, PA. Burial will be private at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Breast Cancer Fund.
