DCCC receives Sunoco Logistics grant Tuesday
MARPLE >> Delaware County Community College is pleased to announce a $100,000 grant from Sunoco Logistics that will help fund training and education of Delaware and Chester County students for in-demand process control technology jobs.
Sunoco Logistics fills the vital role of moving energy resources through a network of trucks, pipelines and storage terminals to the markets that demand them. As one of the most dynamic companies in the midstream field, Sunoco Logistics is growing and moving forward with new and innovative projects to bolster Pennsylvania’s and the country’s energy infrastructure, creating new jobs and opportunities.
Delaware County Community College students from Delaware and Chester Counties have the chance to find out more about new scholarship opportunities and meet with working professionals from Sunoco Logistics and other companies in the region to explore high-paying career paths in process control industries, such as natural gas, oil distribution, food processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
