Crozer-Keystone Sleep
Centers: have launched a support group for those who have a suspected sleep disorder or have already been diagnosed. Learn about how treatment can improve sleep and health, and gain an understanding of the latest treatment options, new CPAP mask options and sleep research. Crozer-Keystone sleep experts are available to answer questions and view CPAP equipment demonstrations. Taylor Hospice: 300 Johnson Ave., Ridley Park, offers a bereavement support group from 6:30-8 p.m. the third Tuesday of the month for any adult who has experienced the loss of a loved one. The group is open to all family members of a loved one served by Taylor Hospice and to those affected by grief within the community. There is no fee and no registration required. Monsignor Bonner and Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School: partners with Overbrook Presbyterian Church to hold Care at The Crossroads Mobile Pack on Saturday, April 22, at the high school, Garrett Road and Lansdowne Avenue. The event benefits the international non-profit Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) by rallying 500 volunteers from Dealware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties to pack 110,000 meals in one day to fight world hunger.
Community members can support this FMSC/Care at The Crossroads MobilePack effort by making a donation to cover meal costs, and/or by volunteering to package food at the event. Donations and volunteer registration may be made immediately; click the “volunteer”
