Pat Toomey is a phony. He gives hypocrisy a bad name. In an ad, he asks for more leadership and less politics in Washington. Was it politics or leadership when Sens. Toomey and Ted Cruz and the other Republican wingnuts shut down our government? Perhaps, the senator can inform us how much this idiotic stunt cost our treasury. Was it politics or leadership when the United States Senate failed to give an up or down vote to Judge Merrick Garland, for a seat on the United States Supreme Court? Pat Toomey followed the lead of Mitch McConnell and the rest of the GOP.

I don’t know why the caller had issues with the Democratic Party being called the party of the working class. I am sure the Obamas were discussing how they championed the poor as they vacationed on billionaire David Geffen’s $300 million yacht with Oprah, Bruce and Tom Hanks. They probably reminisced about how they could always identify with the common person while staying in the French Polynesia. Maybe next Bernie Sanders should invite them over to one of his six houses, or possibly spend some time with the $80 million-plus net worth Clintons.

Apparently “Hey Barry” doesn’t realize when Obama said people can keep their insurance, he didn’t know that there were so many people like you who had junk insurance – which isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on . And he never said that all chemical weapons have been removed from Syria. Those are the kind of fallacies that you tend to believe. I haven’t heard of anybody from the IRS being prosecuted for corruption at all. So apparently you don’t know what you’re talking about.

I’m so glad the people are still pushing for Donald Trump to release his tax returns, because I know once he does it’ll make my mortgage easier to pay, it’ll mean that I can go to the store every week and buy my food without having to worry about money in my bank account. I am so glad they are pushing for him to release his tax returns. Life will be so much easier if he does. Come on. I understand what they’re upset about, but to expand this much energy at these protests shows how messed up society is – “I’m angry and I have a sign, look at me!”

I agree with the caller stating that all presidents have made money selling books. However, how many of them had a first lady who publicly stated “for the first time in my adult life I’m actually proud to be an America” only when it looked like her husband was going to win his party’s nomination?
