Dolores R. Del Sordo

Dolores R. Del Sordo (nee Orsatti) passed away April 30, 2017 peacefully at home surrounded by her family.

Born February 18, 1929 to Albert and Anna (Assetto) Orsatti in Coatesville, PA, Dolores grew up in the Overbrook section of Philadelphia and attended Hallahan High School. She married the love of her life, Tony, in 1952 and they raised 5 children in the Westbrook Park section of Clifton Heights where she lived for 58 years.

Dolores began her career at Household Finance and then worked for First Pennsylvania Bank in Clifton Heights for 30 years. Dolores was loved and admired by many and was a very special person who touched many lives.

She is predeceased by her loving husband, Anthony L. Del Sordo and son, Anthony M. Del Sordo.

Dolores is survived by her children, Karen (Pete) Peterson of Clifton Heights, Denise (Richie) Procaccio of Bethel Township, Renee Del Sordo of Clifton Heights, Sue (Bill) Campbell of Glenolden. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing, Wednesday, May 3rd, at 5pm, O’Leary Funeral Home, 640 E. Springfield Rd., Springfield, PA 19064 and on Thursday, May 4th at 9:30am in St. Eugene Church, 200 S. Oak Ave., Primos, PA 19018. Her Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30am. Burial will be in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
