IS THERE A LIST?

How can I find out where to put my son on the list of those who have died of drug addiction? I do not have a computer. Thank you.

SHAME OF THE TIMES

I didn’t see one picture, not one word about the Chester Mother’s Day parade this week. That is such a shame. The Times always likes to publish the bad stuff about Chester, but on a positive note, not one peep. What a shame. BR

STICK IT, TIMES

Could the Times please stop running those front page sticker advertisements? I’d like to see the picture on the front page, but last week it was nothing but “Jack Whelan for Judge” stickers. FRUSTRATED READER

WE FLUNK AGAIN

Not one mention of the Dad Vail Regatta in the Times this week. Everything else is in there but any mention of Drexel winning. How about some recognition or at least a little article about it? FRUSTRATED CREW FAN

WHY DO YOU THINK THEY CALL IT DOPE?

We’re becoming a nation of zombies. The message our government is sending our children is very, very sad about marijuana. It’s so strong and a drug that is use for medical purposes. Now every city and state wants to legalize it for recreational use. Our officials are saying it’s ok to lie around and get stoned. Our government doesn’t care as long as they’re making their tax dollars. You think you have a drug problem now? Just wait and see. Already, adults and teenagers are walking around the street just getting high. And I wouldn’t be surprised when you see store employees on break with their e-cigarettes that it’s really THC in there. FAMILY MATTERS

I want to know why when a politician runs for office he has to talk about his upbringing or where he came from or the education of his children or how wonderful his children are. Why can’t they just stick to the issues that are going to get them elected? Your family is not running for political office. If you can’t do the job, what does your family have? They’re not running for office. So stop bragging about your family and your upbringing and talk about the issues that are at hand. And if you can’t handle that, you should not be running for political office.

POOR LITTLE DONNIE

What Americans should be worried about is a free and fair press corps. Every night a new “bombshell,” chock full of insinuation, supposition and innuendo based on allegations from anonymous sources. Did you see any of this from the media with the anointed one’s administration? President Trump is correct – never in history has an American president been treated this way. I have real news for you. Stop with the “gotcha” journalism, because the sky is not falling every day, and your stories are just white noise to Trump supporters. We know that Democrats and the media are just out to get him at all costs. NOTHING THERE, MOVE ON

STRAIGHT SHOOTER

I’ve got a question: Anybody know what happened to that North Korean guy over there that was firing off rockets and missiles and threatening everybody and doing all kinds of military maneuver and celebrating his power? What happened? This is what happened: The Donald got the message through. How about that? World leaders around the globe has little or no respect for Mr. Obama, and even less for Hillary.

FOXES ARE YOUR FRIENDS

I believe “Holmes Of The Fox” is confused with wolves. Foxes are more afraid of dogs and of people than we should be of them. Foxes are very timid and they can’t really get anything bigger than a mouse. Even cats can hold their own on foxes. I’m not an expert, but I’ve read up on this before. Foxes do more good than harm for neighborhoods, killing rodents and doing other beneficial things. Humans are more aggressive and do more harm to their neighbors than anything from the animal kingdom. BOB FROM BROOMALL
