-

Cindy Elaine Clore (nee Walker), age 57, of Boothwyn passed away June 4, 2017 at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania after a long, hard, and courageous battle with cancer.

Cindy Clore was born in Wilmington, DE on May 15, 1960. She graduated from Sun Valley High School. Shortly after graduation, she approached the man of her dreams because he was too shy to say hi. Tim and Cindy Clore married and have been happily married for 36 years. Her children loved to give her grey hair since the beginning but they were the pride of her life.

Cindy liked to be immersed in new worlds with every book she read and made sure not to miss an episode of General Hospital. No matter what, she always spared time for the ones she loved and made sure everyone knew she was Irish. Cindy and her husband travelled and made sure to enjoy every new adventure together. She was a very valiant woman and stubborn to the core. Cindy never let her cancer stop her from living life to the fullest. She fought very hard, never gave up and made sure nothing ever stopped her from what she wanted to do. The family of Cindy Clore wishes to thank the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Cindy Clore is survived by her loving husband, Timmy Clore; her children, Jennifer, Steven, and Heather Clore; her father, James E. Walker, Jr.; her two brothers, Brian and James Palmer Walker; and her sister, Barbara Uhrick. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sandra Walker.
