Jean Helen Hamilton Subers

Jean Helen Hamilton Subers, age 87 passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 8, 2017 at the Samaritan Hospice Center in Voorhees, NJ.

Daughter of the late Edward and Edith Hamilton; mother of the late Bobbie Partridge; sister of the late Edward Hamilton Jr.

Mrs. Subers was a graduate of Sharon Hill High School Class of 1945. In high school, Jean was an all-around athlete and captained the Cheerleading Squad.

Stay at home Mom raising 6 beautiful daughters. She enjoyed golfing at Paxon Hollow and spending time with her family and friends.

Beloved wife of 63 years to Walter R. Subers, Jr.; devoted mother of Patti McGrath, Debbi Wilson, Jeanie Van Metre, Joyce Subers and Christine Stowell. Also survived by 18 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; her sister Virginia Beaumont, her brother-in-law, Raymond Subers; two sister-in-laws, Phyllis Subers and Marie Conkin, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Tuesday, June 13th from 9:30 a.m. till 10:45 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Church, 35 New Road Lenni, PA followed by her funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. Int. Private.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Jean’s name to St Francis de Sales Church or Samaritan Healthcare and Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053 would be appreciated.
