Harold J. “Bud” Devlin

Harold J. “Bud” Devlin, age 80, of Havertown, PA passed away on June 14, 2017. Born in Bryn Mawr, PA, he was the son of the late Harold A. and Kathleen M. Devlin (nee Reaney.

Bud served in the United States Navy. He was employed as a Credit Executive with Mobil Oil. Bud gave his family unconditional love and they were everything to him. He had a strong faith, and spiritual connection. He was a long time parishioner and usher at Sacred Heart Church

Bud was a die-hard Phillies fan and enjoyed Fantasy Football. He enjoyed volunteering, walking, movies, dancing (“the Twist”), going to Ocean City, NJ with his family, traveling to San Diego, CA and Bermuda, and being involved with his grandchildren’s activities.

Bud is survived by his beloved wife Mary Ellen (nee Doyle), his loving children Penny Doran (Joe), Lori Swope (Charley), Michael Devlin (Liz) and Coleen Cincotta (Jim), his 10 grandchildren, his brother, Michael Devlin and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers Donald and Thomas Devlin.
