Freddy Lesher

Our beloved son Freddy Lesher, of Colwyn, passed away June 10th.

He is survived by his loving parents Fred and Ramona Lesher, his fiancée Mykia Reed and her children, Aaliyah and Brianna Hardy, and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Fred and Anne Lesher of Colwyn and his maternal grandparents, Harold and Frances Weatherford of Danville VA.

Freddy attended SS Clement-Irenaeus School where he received the 2004 Academic Excellence award and was a Neumann Scholarship recipient. He graduated from Monsignor Bonner in 2008 and went to Temple University on a full scholarship maintaining a GPA of 3.7.

After college he worked in the family real estate and construction business in both Delaware County and Danville Virginia. He played baseball for Elmwood Park, Sharon Hill AA and SS Clement-Irenaeus where he lead the team to the city championship. He was a member of the Colwyn Swim Club.

He was a loving, kind and gentle person and we were blessed to have him for almost 28 years.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Elmwood Park Boys and Girls Club, 7700 Elmwood Ave., Phila. PA 19153. A Mass of Remembrance will be held at a later date, at Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Darby, PA.
