NOLAN PATRICK

1st round (2nd overall): Brandon (WHL); Center; 6-2, 198; Born 9/19/98in Winnipeg, Manitoba As captain of the Brandon Wheat Kings, averaged more than a point per game with 20 goals and 26 assists for 46 points in 33 games. Limited by two sports hernia injuries, missing 39 games, including the WHL playoffs. Finished fifth among all WHL players with 102 points (41 goals, 102 points in 72 games). Named MVP of 2016 WHL Playoffs after helping Brandon win its first championsh­ip in 20 years, recording 30 points in 21 games and playing alongside Flyers defenseman Ivan Provorov. Father Steve Patrick was selected 20th overall by the Sabres in 1980 NHL Draft. Uncle James Patrick was selected ninth overall by the Rangers in 1981 and played 20 years in NHL.

Marie in his second season with the club, which ranked him fourth on the team in scoring. Improved 35 points from his rookie season. Ranked 31st among North American skaters in the NHL Central Scouting final rankings.

3rd Round (80th overall): MHL Dynamo St. Petersburg (MHL) Goaltender; 6-3, 179; Born 1/29/99 in Gomel, Belarus Ranked fifth among European goaltender­s by Central Scouting, posting a 1.74GAA and .938save percentage in the MHL (the top Russian junior league) for MHK Dynamo St. Petersburg, making five playoff appearance­s. Played two games for Team Russia at the 2017 Under-18 World Championsh­ips.

MATTHEW STROME

4th Round (106th overall): Hamilton (OHL); Left Wing; 6-3, 207; Born 1/6/99 in Mississaug­a, Ontario Recorded 62 points (34G, 28A) in 66 games for Hamilton, including 29 goals in first 47 games. Younger brother of Coyotes forward Dylan Strome and Oilers forward Ryan Strome.

MAKSIM SUSHKO

4th Round (107th overall): Owen Sound (OHL); Right Wing; 6-0, 180; Born 2/10/99in Brest, Belarus Recorded 32 regular season points (17 goals, 15 assists) and a plus-10 rating for Owen Sound in first season in North America. Added 11 points (three goals, eight assists) and a plus-five rating in 17 playoff matches, and represente­d Belarus in 2016-17 Under-20 Division I World Championsh­ips, scoring one goal.

NOAH CATES

5th Round (137th overall): Stillwater (Minn.) HS; Left Wing; 6-1, 170; Born 2/5/99 in Stillwater, Minn. Appeared in 11 games for Omaha of the USHL after his high school season ended, posting two goals and five assists for seven points. He was the captain at Stillwater High School and will attend the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

OLLE LYCKSELL

6th Round (168th overall): Linkopings HC (Sweden); Center; 5-10, 163; Born 8/24/99 in Oskarshamn, Sweden Split 2016-17 between Linköping’s J18 and J20 teams, recording 36 points (19 goals, 17 assists) in 22 games at the J18 level and nine points (4 goals, 5assists) in 29 games for J20 team.

WYATT KALYNUK

7th Round (196th overall): Bloomingto­n (USHL); Defense; 6-1, 174; Born 4/14/97in Virden, Manitoba Only defenseman selected by the Flyers in this year’s draft, he will attend the University of Wisconsin. He scored six goals and added 25 assists for 31 points in 60 games for Bloomingto­n in 2016-17.
