Lynch runs up the score as Township outpoints Park
In the battle of Ridley, Ridley Park who’s boss.
Megan Lynch’s winning score of 188.90 was the highlight as Ridley Township downed crosstown rival Ridley Park, 30-13, in Delco Diving action Tuesday.
Mason Beck used a massive tally of 177.55 points to claim the senior boys division. Lucianna Avicalla cracked 100 with her score of 102.00 in the junior girls competition, while Shane Eckler was the top junior boy. Ava Keller prevailed in the novice ranks. Steve Szathmary scored the points for Park by winning the senior boys division. KNOWLTON 25, SPRINGFIELD 20 » Vlad Puskovitch was the high-scoring junior boy with 106.55 points, and Emily Hannemann was victorious in senior girls competition to lead Knowlton to the title. Julia Weld chipped in by winning the novice division.
Sophia DiMarcantonio notched the high score in the junior girls race for Springfield, while David Bingaman bested the senior boys.

St. Albans dominated the girls 8 & under classification, with Ayla Isaacs and Rebecca Block each winning four events in a 272-228 win over Stony Lane in Suburban Swim League action late Monday.
Isaacs won the 8U girls breaststroke and free, and Block took the backstroke and butterfly before they combined to win the medley and free relays.
Noah Riches won the 10U boys back and fly plus two relays, while Alexander Zoldan claimed the 12U boys breast, fly and two relays for St. Albans. Maya Gendzel won the 12U breast and free to complement two relays wins. Chase Chen, an 18U, won breast and freestyle to go with the medley relay.
Stony Lane was led by Anna Kaladadze, who won three individual events — the 18U girls breast, fly and free — to go with a free relay triumph. Ali Cappola (back and breast) and Olivia Piasecki (fly and free) teamed up to dominate the 10U girls division, adding two relay triumphs. Stony Lane’s Matthew Lexa won the 14U breast and fly as well as two relays.
