To “Great Steak,” Leo’s is a wonderful location with the beautiful stands and picnic benches. The owner has done a great job. But let’s give kudos to the landscaper too, who helped design it and build it. It really looks nice and makes that stretch of Chester Pike through Folcroft and Sharon Hill look a lot better. Kudos to the owner and those involved.

Why does Medicare not include dental care? Medicare covers brain surgery, cancer surgery, all kinds of orthopedic surgery and hundreds of other things. Our teeth are part of our body. It should be included in our Medicare plan. A root canal cost $1,500 – a rip off. I bet most of our Congressmen and politicians have dental coverage. What about us, the little people? THE CITIZEN

I just spent a fortune visiting Italy. There was no clean water at all in Milan. The beaches were black and there were terror threats near the Vatican and throughout the country. I want a full refund.

Trump’s back no matter what he does, but for eight years you buried everything negative toward Obama – his ties to radical leftists like Bill Ayers and Jeremiah Wright, through Fast and Furious, Benghazi and the attorney general meeting with Bill Clinton right before the election. BAD PITCH
Some baseball guru wrote that the Phillies should go into free agency and not sign a stud pitcher but maybe a couple of middle of the road pitchers. Isn’t that what we’ve been doing? We need one stud pitcher to go with Nola, and we need a real pitching coach. Our young pitchers have shown talent but are not consistent. The arrogance of Penn State knows no boundaries. Amidst reports of how the state university system struggling financially and some specific colleges even verge on extension, Penn State has blatantly given an astronomical raise to their football coach that reaches tens of millions of dollars over a set of years. Penn State is regularly cited in social science texts as supporting a “football culture” which trivialize the other missions of its education and create a sophomoric atmosphere not worthy of a highly competitive university. The recent hazing incidents reflect a juvenile environment that is abetted by emotionally arrested adults who just want to relive their “years at Happy Valley.” DELCO DAD

These next two weeks are when we get to pay our school board property taxes and this is a warning to all you political weasels out there who are holding office from the school board to Media to Harrisburg to the governor’s office: If you don’t do something to get this boot off the neck of the taxpayers, there will be retribution at the ballot box.

This week we had another rally for Donald Trump, this time in Arizona. No other sitting president has had one rally, let alone the amount Donald Trump has. Never mind the monumental waste of taxpayer money involved, these are the actions of a sociopath who desperately needs the adulation that the truly stupid in this country are more than willing to give him. It would be sad if it weren’t for the fact that this is sociopath has the nuclear codes, so that makes it too scary to be sad.
