GETTING CREAMED
Why are so many people are afraid of looking old? Age is beautiful. I cannot understand people spending good money for creams to make them look 15, 20, 25 years younger. I don’t care how you young you look, it’s how active you are. If you’re hobbling around with a young face on, it just doesn’t jive. Come on, give me a break. Look at it this way: When the good Lord wants you, you’re going, regardless of how you look.

AN OILY BUSINESS
Of course the oil companies are giving it to us because of Hurricane Harvey. If they knew a hurricane was coming a couple of days in advance, why couldn’t they start production at other oil facilities? Every time there’s a national disaster, the Americans have to pay for it because of lack of thought on the oil companies’ part. HENNY THE BARTENDER
WHAT ABOUT HILLARY?
“Bob From Sharon Hill,” President Trump gave $1 million to the people in Houston who lost almost everything. Now, I’m looking back and thinking – exactly how much did the Clintons give and how much did the Obama family give either now or in the past hurricanes and natural disasters when they were in the Oval Office? I don’t think they gave anything. The only thing I remember them giving was photo opportunities. SANDY IN SECANE

If Trump’s wall was up it would be pretty hard for the people of Mexico who have offered to help Texas to get over it. And $1 million donated by Trump? Reach deeper in your pockets. That’s just another tax write off for him.

Trump says he wants Congress to work on a tax plan and he doesn’t want to be disappointed. Well what is he going to do if he is disappointed? This isn’t “The Apprentice” – he can’t fire Congress. Every time this guy opens his mouth, it’s more proof he has no business being

“Here Comes The Tanks” complains about Mr. Trump giving excess military gear to the cops. I wonder if “Here Come The Tanks” can get all the gang bangers, the drug dealers, and the drug pushers hand in their assault weapons. Most of time when the cops go out today they’re probably out gone by somebody with an AK-47, an M15 and M16, AR15 , Uzis or whatever. This isn’t a third world country. We have the right to bear arms, and the cops shouldn’t have to go out there with muskets. A VETERAN
ANOTHER LYING TRUMPSTER
“Obama Did It” says Obama held his fair share of campaign style rallies while he was in the office, and that is a flat-out lie. He had absolutely none. There’s no truth at all to that statement.
NO WINNER HERE
To “Another Trump Lie,” I think Trump painted himself into a “damned if you do, damned if you don’t” situation with talking tough on North Korea. I think that joint training exercise and saying he supported Japan during the meeting with their prime minister was probably the best action he could take. If he says anything too forceful, all of his main critics are going after him. If he does nothing, his base gets really upset as opposed to slightly disappointed with what he did do.
