• Kirk Lane, lane restrictions at Oakcrest and Willowbrook lanes and West Third Street, weekdays 9 a.m.-3 p.m. through Sept. 29 Closures in Radnor RADNOR >> PennDOT announces that PECO is scheduled to close Conestoga Road weekdays between Devon and Lenoir avenues from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25-Tuesday, Oct. 31, for gas main installation.
During construction, Conestoga Road traffic will be detoured over U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) and Wayne Avenue. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Lane closures are scheduled on eastbound and westbound U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) between Route 320 (Spring Mill Road) and Ithan Avenue from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25-Friday, Sept. 29, for overhead pedestrian bridge construction.
The work is part of a $3.7 million local project to construct a new pedestrian bridge over U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) to connect Villanova University and the SEPTA platform. Once completed, Villanova University will own and maintain the new bridge. The entire project is expected to finish in December 2018.
Aqua Pennsylvania is planning weekday lane restrictions on Sugartown Road between Poplar Avenue and Longwood Drive from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25-Friday, Oct. 27, for water main installation.

Restrictions in Concord
CONCORD >> Concord Township Sewer Authority is planning a single lane closure on southbound U.S. 202 between Smithbridge Road and Beaver Valley Road in
Delaware County from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25-Tuesday, Sept. 26, for utility restoration.
Lane closures are scheduled next week on U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) from U.S. 1 (Baltimore Pike) to just east of Clayton Park Drive. From 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 25-Friday, Sept. 29, and from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, flaggers will direct an alternating single lane of traffic on U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) through various work areas along the 2.6mile construction zone.
PennDOT began construction March 20, on the first-of-two mainline projects to widen and reconstruct a 6.7-mile section of U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) from U.S. 1 (Baltimore Pike) to just east of Route 452 (Market Street) in Concord, Bethel and Upper Chichester townships, Delaware County.
Chester I-95 work continues
CHESTER » Lane closures are scheduled on northbound and southbound Interstate 95 between the I-476 (Exit 7) and Route 352/Route 320 (Exit 6) interchanges from 10 p.m.-5 a.m. Monday, Sept. 25-Friday, Sept. 29 for construction activities related to a project to rehabilitate eight bridges over I-95 and CSX Railroad in the city.
In addition to the lane closures, the bridge carrying Chestnut Street over I-95 between 12th Street and 13th Street will be closed to vehicles and pedestrians beginning Monday, Sept. 25. Motorists and pedestrians will be directed to use 12th Street and 13th Street to access the Upland Street bridge to cross over I-95. The detour will be in place through January 2018.
