Patrick Mason Clark
Patrick Mason Clark, age 28 of Aston, a loving husband, son, brother, uncle and friend, passed from this world on October 26, 2017 after a long battle with addiction.
Patrick attended Salesianum School where he graduated with honors as a member of the class of 2007. He was awarded the Presidential Scholarship to attend Pennsylvania Institute of Technology where he was a member of the Chi Alpha Epsilon National Honors Society and earned his Associate Degree in Engineering after which he went on to be employed as a CNC Machinist. A lifelong resident of Aston, Patrick was a member of the BSA Troop 225 where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout with Bronze Palm in 2005 and was a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow, Unami Lodge 1.
Patrick is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Robert A. and Della M. (Blackard) Clark and his maternal grandfather William J. DeAngelis.
He is survived by his wife, Lauren P. (Braff) Clark, parents Glen D. and Kim M. (DeAngelis) Clark, sister Nicole A. McGovern (David), brother Taylor D. Clark and nephew Benjamin R. McGovern. He is also survived by his maternal grandmother Janet M. (Mason) DeAngelis as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins all of whom he loved dearly. Viewings will be held at St. Joseph’s Church, 3255 Concord Road, Aston, PA 19014, on Friday, November 3, 2017 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM as well as Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 9:15 – 10:15 AM with a funeral mass to follow at 10:30 AM. A private interment is scheduled for a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made payable to BMT Bank c/o Ben’s Fund 5000 Pennell Road, Aston PA 19014.
