WAY TO GO, A.J.!

I would like to commend A.J. Jurich construction from Aston on the wonderful job they did on tearing down the house on Eighth Street in Upland. I’m a neighbor from across the street and I was watching the whole time. They did a great job and they should all be commended for their wonderful work. Thanks again. GRATEFUL NEIGHBOR

WAY TO GO, GOP

A news item in the Times noted that the House GOP is going to keep the income tax rate for the wealthiest earners in their new tax plan, even though the plan benefits nobody but the rich. This is a typical Republican move, but the idiotic Republican voters in this country don’t care that the rates are going to be reaping 95 percent of the benefits from this tax plan. They’re just so self-centered and selfish that they just want a tax cut, no matter how little they get from this tax cut.

SINKING CHIP

I didn’t notice it at first but “Get Happy” is right. The Eagles are having a great season and all callers in Sound Off can do is still bash Chip Kelly. It’s two stereotypes for the price of one. BOOING SANTA

AS SEEN ON FOX

Is is true that Hillary Clinton was trying to make a deal with the devil whereby she would give him her soul if he could get her elected to the presidency, but after looking at her past he turned it down because he said she was even too corrupt for him to deal with? JUST CURIOUS

TRUMP DID IT

“Mr. Tom In Linwood” is so stupid that he doesn’t realize that the only reason these letters were sent out by the IRS apologizing to political groups is because it’s the Trump administration made them do it, because the Trump administration is more corrupt that any administration this country has ever seen. And you want what crushes the spirit of people in this country, “Mr. Tom In Linwood?” It’s the fact that 2 percent of the people in this country control 90 percent of the wealth in this country. That is what actually crushes the spirit of people, but you’re too stupid to realize that fact, too.

SIGNS UP

Are any bookies taking action on how long we’re going to have to look at campaign signs strewn about the county’s landscape now that the elections are over? I’m going with four months for about 90 percent to get picked up. Then there will be that final 10 percent frozen in the ground over winter that won’t come out until spring. PICK THEM UP

HILLARY DID IT

I called Sound Off a year and a half ago and expressed my opinion that the Democratic primary was rigged. Hillary Clinton had started the primary with 500 delegates that’s 25 percent of what – she needed. Here it turns out she not only had that, but she bought the DNC. She pumped all the money into it and owned it and rigged it. All the debates were on Sunday night during football games. “Crooked Hillary” was the proper name for her, don’t you think? MR. TOM IN LINWOOD

FEELING STUPID

I was going to ask you don’t print any Sound Off with the words “moron,” “stupid,” etc., but then I realized they would be no liberal view represented.

OPEN YOUR EYES, TOMMY

“Mr. Tom In Linwood” is whining about a non-existent IRS scandal, when the biggest scandal in the history of our country – a scandal that makes Watergate look like absolutely nothing – is unfolding right before our very eyes.

CROOKED TEARS

Well, here’s another one I’ll have to put on my computer to get the simple truth out because the Times won’t print this: It amazed me that as our president was heading overseas, suddenly the Democrats want to cry about this tax cut. We’ve got Nancy Pelosi saying, “Oh, this was snuck through in the middle of the night.” Let’s step back a little bit. Obamacare was snuck through in the middle of the night. Twenty percent of your uranium from this country went to the Russians and Republicans didn’t even have the chance to say yes or no to it. ONE WHO KNOWS
