Ruth C. Dunn

Ruth C. Dunn, age 93, passed away on November 10, 2017 at the Bailey Family Center for Caring.

Ruth was a retired teacher. She attended school at Ridley High School and Pennsylvania State University. Born July 14, 1924 to Flora Young Clymer and William E. Clymer. Ruth was married to George R. Dunn for 60 years when he passed in 2005.

She was predeceased by daughter, Ruth Day; sisters, Anna Ricardo and Flora Matson; brothers, Howard Clymer and William Clymer, Jr. She is survived by daughter, Linda D. Kelso; granddaughters, Jennifer (John) Cogburn and Lynda (Justin) Owens, and 6 great-grandchildren.

Ruth was active in her church, the Riverview Club, and the Garden Club. She also enjoyed sewing, reading, cooking, gardening, and playing bridge. Ruth was very loved by her family and many friends. She was a gracious and kind person and people responded to her loving personality. She will be deeply missed by all.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Memorial Presbyterian Church at 10:00 a.m.: 32 Sevilla St, St Augustine, FL 32084.
