SIN NO MORE
There appears to be no greater group of hypocrites than the evangelical Christians. They believe that homosexuality and abortion are sins and are willing to vote for child and adult sexual abusers who they think will support laws that favor their social agenda. Talk about selling your soul to the devil. I cannot influence the vote in Alabama just as I could not prevent Trump from winning, but the defeat of Roy Moore might send a message that trading one sin for another is not the way we want our laws to be written.
ALL WET IN CHESTER
Oh No, More taxes? We retired around the turn of the century and our incomes have not increased since. We worked to support our family, pay tuition, pay off a mortgage and own our home. We’ve been trying to get relief from the school taxes and the high cost of medicine, then someone creates another taxing entity (Chester Stormwater Authority), which like a cancer or crushing tornado, will either kill us or drive us from our home. What’s next, a Flatulence Authority? This stinks. HOMEOWNER

I am a senior citizen in the city of Chester. I really do not think that this Stormwater Authority is right. Why should we have to pay another tax? It’s going to be on those seniors. They’re putting more pressure and more responsibility on your seniors because most of the seniors own the homes in Chester. We have to do something. This is not fair. EAST SIDE SENIOR

You know it’s funny as I watch TV, I see all these politicians celebrities and whatever criticize President Trump for confronting North Korea and its atomic bombs and missiles. Nobody ever says a word about Kennedy and the Cuban missile crisis when he brought us to the brink of nuclear war with Russia. This is Russia, where you have mushroom clouds over Washington, Philly, New York, San Diego, Los Angeles and Chicago. It doesn’t make a difference but then again Kennedy is beloved. JUST WONDERING

Some claim the election was a wave against Republicans. It’s not a wave against our government. It’s a wave against the way our government is being run into the ground by the Republicans and Republicans are doing nothing for you. But you want to be stupid enough to keep voting for Republicans — that’s your business — but don’t try to criticize people who don’t want to have Republicans run the country the way it’s being run.

Hey guys, it’s me again. Got a couple questions for you. I don’t understand what the big deal is about sanctuary cities. If immigrants are here illegally, they should be deported. Shepherd Smith, who works for Fox News, has infuriated Fox viewers because he has debunked the so-called Hillary Clinton uranium scandal. Viewers have suggested that he go work for MSNBC or CNN. Fox News viewers don’t care that they’re being lied to by Fox and yet they still believe all the lies told to them by Fox. These people are the dumbest people on the face of the planet.

Are you aware, Delaware County, that we the taxpayers are on the hook for Donald Trump’s defense lawyers when he’s being sued for conflicts of interest in violation of the emolument clause? We the taxpayers are paying his legal bills. I think it’s a travesty. This guy should be forced out of office by impeachment or prison, whichever comes first. He is going to destroy democracy and if you don’t think so, just think about that the democratic norms. PAY UP
