Landry throws shutout for Radnor in win over Avon Grove

Tessa Landry made 17 saves to pace Radnor to a 4-0 victory over Avon Grove in ICSHL girls action Friday night.

Zoe Muettertie­s led the offense with two goals. Sophia Muettertie­s added one goal and one assist.

In other girls action: GARNET VALLEY 12, CONESTOGA 0 » Gianna Manzi and Rachel Craig both recorded hat tricks for the Jaguars. Camille Sponaugle and Leeanne Sakers had two goals and two assists apiece. Morgan Thrush stopped four shots for the shutout.

Boys Hockey

Michael Giampapa scored with 26 seconds left in the third period to help Ridley rally for a 3-3 Central Division draw with Lower Merion Friday night.

Giampapa and Michael Desio also assisted on a pair of goals by Brett Dunning earlier as the Green Raiders rallied from a 3-0 deficit.

In nonleague action: ARCHBISHOP CARROLL 5, BISHOP SHANAHAN 3» Ian Myers, Eric Walker and Jason Zambella scored in the second period to pace the Patriots. Myers finished with one goal and two assists. Zambella had one goal and one assist and Tyreese Walker pitched in with two assists. ST. JOSEPH’S PREP II 3, INTERBORO 2 » Paul Bradley’s goal 3:24 into overtime won it for the Hawks.
