Goal: $50,000.00 Given Today: $1,030 Given to date: $6,005 CHESTER » The Salvation Army/Delaware County Daily Times Merry Christmas Fund closed out the week with over $1,000 in donations arriving at the Chester Corps. Today’s donors to the fund providing toys and food baskets for county residents in need are:

• Maria Deysher of Garnet Valley, $100: “Maria Deysher and Michael Heins — for Autism Awareness.”

• John and Marcia DiDonato of Glenolden, $500: “May God bless all our troops and their families who are unable to spend Christmas together because of their service to their country.”

• William and Tracy Price of Wallingford, $100: “You do great work! “Loving memory Elizabeth and Mark Price.”

• Grand United Order of Tents ND 2, Chester, $100: “Thank you for your service to our community.”

The Daily Times will provide daily updates showing the amount of donations received and list the names of contributors to the fund providing toys and food baskets to county families in need.
