Scott Sherman

Scott Sherman, age 73, of Wallingford, PA, died Saturday, December 16, 2017 at home.

Scott was born February 21, 1944 in West Allis, WI. Scott was a graduate of Purdue University with a Masters of Organic Chemistry. Mr. Sherman was the Chief Chemist at Mannington Mills.

Scott was a member of Bryn Mawr Mainliners Mens Chorus for 20 years and the Barbershop Harmony Society for 40 years. Scott was a talented and avid tennis player and skier. He enjoyed astronomy, flying radio controlled planes and a ham radio operator.

Son of the late Wilbur and Violet Loud Sherman; father of the late Scott Sherman, brother of the late Sally Piedziak and stepfather of the late Eric Brzowski. Survivors: Wife: Barbara Sherman. Son: Jeff Sherman. Step-Daughters: Alison (Patrick) Kotras and Lindsay (Justin) Woodruff. Step-Son: Matthew (Marie) Brzowski. Also survived by 5 Grandchildren.

Memorial Service: Wednesday, December 20th at 11:00AM at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Visitation: Wednesday, December 20th after 10:00AM at the funeral home. Interment: Private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Purdue University at www.giving.purdue.edu
