TOO BROKE TO PARTY

I’m glad the Eagles won, but who’s paying the bill? The Eagles? I don’t think so. Philadelphia is broke, Mayor Kenney. The schools are going bankrupt so you raised the soda tax for the schools. Who’s paying for all the extra cops? You, mayor? I doubt it. It’s ridiculous. They don’t have any money and they’re spending millions for parade. Well, it’s once a lifetime because they’ll never have another one for the Eagles.
