Francis Michael “Fran” Fehrle

Francis Michael “Fran” Fehrle, 63, a loving husband, father, and Pop-Pop, passed away peacefully on February 11, 2018 at Crozer-Keystone Inpatient Hospice at Taylor Hospital in Ridley Park, Pa.

He was born on December 3, 1954 in Philadelphia, Pa. He was a long time resident of Southwest Philadelphia and lived in Delaware County, Pa.

Francis was also a long time employee of La France Corp. where he was a Process Engineer. He will be remembered most for his wonderful sense of humor, wit, and his big heart. When Fran wasn’t watching Philadelphia sports he loved the comradery of spending time with his family.

He is preceded in death by his brothers, Raymond Fehrle, Jr., and Timothy Fehrle; and his sister, Theresa Delaney.

He is survived by his wife, Colleen Fehrle; sons, Keaton Fehrle, Francis Fehrle, Jr., Jason Fehrle, Tim Fehrle, and Matt Fehrle; as well as his sisters, Anne Marie Grimm and Patricia Crovetti; and also six grandchildren whom he loved very much.

His Prayer Service will be held on Friday, February 16th, at 11 A.M. at the Griffith Funeral Chapel, 520 Chester Pike, in Norwood, Pa. 19074. Friends may call on Friday from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. at the funeral home.

His burial will be in Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery in Springfield, Pa.
