William K. Murray

William K. Murray, 58, of Ridley Park, died peacefully at his home, on March 9, 2018.

Bill owned and operated Bill Murray’s Garage from 1989 until 2000. He was a member of The Church of St. Madeline and a graduate of Ridley High School, class of 1977 where he played Varsity Ice Hockey, and was the first recipient of the Bill Murray Sportsman Award. Bill enjoyed outdoor wildlife photography, animal rescue, woodworking, model trains, his Harleys and trips to Disney World, Cape May, and Lancaster County. Bill was the son of the late William George and Ann Callahan Murray. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Linda Sherwood Murray, his son William Patrick, brothers Thomas (Joan), Daniel (Stephanie), Michael (Lisa), nephews and nieces.

Funeral Service 8:00PM Monday, March 19, 2018 at the White-Luttrell Funeral Home, 311 N. Swarthmore Ave., Ridley Park where friends may call from 7:00 to 9:00PM. Burial private.
