Man faces disorderly conduct rap

RADNOR » Township police cited a 52-year-old man from Rose Lane in Bryn Mawr with disorderly conduct following an incident at a woman’s residence on Conestoga Road in Rosemont that occurred March 4 at 2:09 a.m.

According to police, the complainan­t contacted police and reported she brought someone described as a random white male home while she was at the Garrett Ale House. She reported she did not know the man’s name and had never met him before that night. She reported having fed him food while they were at his residence.

The woman alleges that the man then became enraged and screamed and yelled at her that they were in his house and he wouldn’t leave.

When police arrived, she said he was upstairs asleep.

Police said when officers spoke to the man he answered by answering every question as, “None of your f---ing business.”

Police say when officers attempted to assist him at getting up, the man fell to the floor. While on the floor, police said, the man yelled, “I’m not resisting.”

The man was taken to Bryn Mawr Hospital for evaluation due to his level of intoxicati­on, police reported. A citation was to be mailed to him, police said.

Another suspicious fire at Cabrini College

Police are investigat­ing another suspicious trash can fire at a dorm at Cabrini College East Hall March 10 at 3:50 p.m.

According to police, officers and fire crews were called to the dorm on the report of a building fire. Once on location to a second-floor bathroom, they found a fire extinguish­er had been used to put out a fire in a trash can.

There have been several trash can fires in the dorm over the past several months.
