Timothy “Chili” Scott Durham, age 45, a lifelong resident of Pennsville passed away on March 27, 2018.

Born in Mannington, he was the son of Harry and Joan (Ford) Durham. In addition to his parents and his grandmothe­rs Pauline Brekke and Gloria Ford, Tim is survived by his loving wife Jennifer (Smathers) Durham; their sons Zachary and Anthony Derish; his siblings Jerry Durham (Jennifer), Jeffrey Durham, Angela Speakman (Kim) and Jamie Wardell (Ted); his sister-in-law Shelley McFarland (Scott); and nieces and nephews Devon, Kyle, Colin, Cody and Dylan Durham, Bradyn Speakman, Thad and Harrison Wardell, and Emily and Josh McFarland.

Tim was a 1990 graduate of Pennsville High School and continued his studies at Daytona Beach Community College, Salem Community College and finally Drexel University where he earned his Master’s degree in engineerin­g. He was the owner and operator of Chili’s Inspection Services, specializi­ng in residentia­l and commercial inspection­s. Tim was on the boards of and coached many teams for Pennsville Little League and Pennsville Midget Football, of which he also served as president. He also enjoyed spending time at the beach with family and friends.

A celebratio­n of Tim’s life will be held on Friday, March 30, 2018 at Adams Funeral Home, 18 E. Maple Avenue, Penns Grove, NJ 08069 with a visitation from 10 AM to 12 PM followed by the memorial service at 12 PM.
