Karen Mary Okoorian (nee Picarelli) surrounded by her loving family on April 4, 2018 of Aston.

Karen worked at Neumann University as a secretary, she attended many classes while at Neumann making the Deans list many times and achieving many degrees. An avid Phila. sports fan, who loved being surrounded by her family and friends. She never missed any of her children’s sporting events and was their biggest fan.

Survivors: Loving husband of 25 yrs who was her high school sweetheart, John, devoted mother of Anthony (Karly), Steven, Giana.

Also survived by her granddaughter Ava, devoted daughter of Florence & the late Fred Picarelli. Sister of Mark, Judy (Russell) Rue, Tommy (Dana), James ( his finance Donna) the late Michael, David and many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins. Viewing: Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Mon. eve 5-7pm and her funeral Tues. 8:30- 9:45 am at the Danjolell- Stigale Memorial Home 3260 Concord Rd. Aston

Mass: Funeral Mass 10:30 am at St. Joseph Church, Aston

Interment: SS Paul Cemetery.
