PROVIDENCE ANIMAL CENTER PET OF THE WEEK: RAJAH
12-year-old male Maine Coon Mix Meet Rajah, the breathtaking Maine Coon Mix who has found himself homeless after 12 years. Rajah has long, tabby-colored fur, with so much life to give a family. Rajah is cat-friendly and dog-friendly. He is neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on vaccinations. Cats like Rajah have the always-low adoption fee of $25. When you adopt a cat, you have the chance to adopt a second one at no fee. Rescue a homeless pet in need today. Providence Animal Center hours for adoption are Monday-Friday from Noon-7 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m.-6 p.m., and Sunday from Noon-5 p.m.
PLDP PET OF THE WEEK: MACY
This stunning gal is Macy. Macy is 1-2 years old, on the small side at 8-pounds, beautiful medium length torti color coat and exquisite green eyes. Her personality matches as Macy is super affectionate. When first arrived to Peace, Love & Doggie Paws Rescue it was noticed she was walking funny so off to the vet she went. X-ray showed she has a birth defect so one front leg is longer than the other, but it doesn’t bother her at all. Macy is now spayed, UTD, chipped and combo test was negative, and she is dog and cat friendly. Our girl, Gabby, may not have the gift of the gab, but she does do a great job of communicating a sweet personality and a loving heart. A tabby with a beautifully striking coat and mesmerizingly peaceful almond-shaped green eyes, Gabby is simply a knockout. Gabby would be so happy to be a treasured companion with a new family, and her status as a senior could make her the perfect addition to your home.
