Marie (Wescott) Crow

It is with great sadness that the family of Marie (Wescott) Crow announces her passing on May 3, 2018 at the age of 77 years.

Marie was a devoted mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a true socialite and dedicated friend who was fun, kind, loyal, and always happy to lend a hand or host a celebration. She volunteered at Meals on Wheels for 18 years and never really learned how to say “no” when help was needed.

Marie will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 56 years, Victor, and their children Kim (John) Gizzio, Russell (Cheri) Crow, Aaron (Jane) Crow, and Colleen (Doug) Prater. Marie’s memory will also be cherished by her 15 grandchildren: John (Kim) Gizzio, III, Kristin Gizzio, Kali (Natale) Dettore, Amber Crow, Shaylyn Hassett, Brandon Crow, Collin Crow, Chris Hassett, Denis Crow, Bridget Crow, Gretchen Crow, Aaron David Crow, Pierce Prater, Chase Prater, and Grant Prater.

At the request of Marie, who celebrated life to the fullest and loved the colors of spring, no black is to be worn to the services.

Visitation: Friday from 6:00-8:00 pm at the NolanFidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston, PA.

Life Celebration: Saturday at 11:00 am at Mount Hope United Methodist Church, 4020 Concord Road, Aston, PA. Burial: Private. In Lieu of Flowers: Donations may be made to Meals on Wheels, 301 Meetinghouse Lane, Media, PA 19063 or at www. mowdelco.org.
