Long family expresses appreciation following fire

To the Times: The Long family of Glenolden would like to thank everyone who was involved in helping with our terrible tragedy of our house fire on April 6, 2018.

We would first and foremost like to thank the Glenolden Fire Department and the Glenolden Police Department for their quick response. Also, we would like to thank the other fire departments who either responded to the fire, or covered the boroughs so that the responding companies could do their job.

We would also like to thank the ambulance crew that transported some family members to CrozerChester Medical Center, and the doctors, and nurses that attended to us. Also, special thanks to the Red Cross for attending to our families needs for a place to go, a place to sleep, food, and clothing.

Our family would also like to thank family, friends, neighbors, churches, Interboro High School, Wawa family, Pacifico family, Milton Hershey alumni, and anyone else that supported us with love, food, clothes, furniture, donations, and their well wishes during this time of need. We are forever grateful for everything, and we thank God everyday that we have such great people in our lives. We want everyone to know that we appreciate everything that was done for us, and that if we missed anyone, that we apologize, but this whole experience has been very overwhelming for us. We are so blessed to be loved by so many.
