Joshua Robertson

Joshua Robertson, age 34, from Glen Mills, PA passed away on May 8, 2018.

He was a graduate of Penncrest High School class of 2001. As a high school student, Josh presented his portfolio to admissions at The Hussian School of Art “just to see”. He was accepted to the school on the spot, a privilege granted only to those with unique talent and creativity. Many family members and friends have a cherished collection of Christmas cards that were drawn by Josh each Christmas. He will always be remembered for his extraordinary artwork.

Josh was an extremely hard worker and put his heart into everything he did. He had a career in construction ranging from fence building, home remodeling to steel work. Josh was a spiritual man with an artist’s soul. He was a man of faith with a deep love of God and Family.

Josh had so much love and devotion for his partner Amanda and his daughter Aubrey. He loved spending time together as a family and was so proud of his amazingly smart little girl. Josh also loved being together with his whole family, especially his nieces and nephews.

Josh was a loving and fun uncle who was always willing to get down on the floor and play or take the kids on an outdoor adventure. Much of his free time was spent fishing and appreciating all of God’s creations.

Josh is preceded in death by his father Scott J. Robertson and his brother Jason Scott Robertson.

He is survived by his partner Amanda and their daughter Aubrey Jae Robertson, his mother Elizabeth A. Robertson, brother Zachary Robertson and Meredith Johnson, his grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral Service: Thurs., May 17th, 11 am at Middletown Presbyterian Church (273 S. Old Middletown Rd., Media). Visitation: 9:30 - 11 am. Burial will immediately follow.
